Auntie Molly’s Pineapple Tarts

Well known as Auntie Molly among her loyal customers. At 72, she never tires of making her famous pineapple tarts. She meticulously is involved in the creation of the tarts and follows all the traditions passed down from the previous generations.

Born a Peranakan Nyonya, making sumptious nyonya kuih has been her talent. She started her business more than 40 years ago. She also makes varieties of nyonya kuih for sale eg. Rempah Udang, kueh ku merah and hitam, pulut sri kaya, kueh genggang, pulut tekan and kueh bongkong.

Her kuih has found its place in many houses ranging from Heeren Street, Klebang, various Nyonya Restaurants and even the Melaka General Hospital. As demand steadily increases, she has started pre-orders for all her customers including visiting tourists from Singapore, Penang, Thailand and all across the globe.

According to Auntie Molly, her recipe is a secret of her own and is now passed down to her daughter, Diana. Her mouth watering tarts are unique and very tasty. She advertises exclusively now with Jonkestreet.net.
